Tools for self-assessment - getting prepared for work search

Work search and getting prepared for is is one of my favourite topics. It is also important part of my work where I guide and coach engineering students for the world of work. Internet is full of websites and tools to help in getting in started with work search, but sometimes it is hard to find really good ones and filter the best ones from the mass. In this post, I will present two tools, that I have found really useful. To get started, you cannot just rush into job ads and start writing the application. Well, of course you can do this, if you already have done the background work or know exactly what is it that you are looking for - this might be the case if you already have some years of work experience and have some experience from the job hunting as well.  However, in most cases, this is not the case. The journey begins

I have had a couple of blogs earlier, also in Blogger platform. The first was when my first child was born in 2009 and I wanted to keep my sister, who lives abroad, updated about our new life phase. I updated the blog for 4 years and it stopped when I returned to work and there was too many other things to take care of.  My first blog texts during years 2009 and 2015 The second one I started when I started my orthodontics project a couple of years go and it was only to write down about the process and feelings as well as having an archive for photos during the process.  Snapshot from my second blog which was about orthodontics  In addition to my own blogs, I have been a writer in some other blogs. A couple of blogs are related to my work and one was related to my previous studies when I completed my professional teacher education. I actually did not even remember this latter one, but I found it again when signing in in Blogger platform! This blog is now part of my studies and I will in
